PM of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych, after he was appointed on the post, should have sent a letter to Brussels about the invariability of the foreign policy course of Ukraine, but he did not. Anatoliy Kinakh, chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee for national security and defense, claimed this to journalists in Kyiv today.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, he said: “This letter was not signed. It is an evidence of the fact that the partners have not achieved yet the level of political culture and joint responsibility”.

A.Kinakh noted that the agreement about sending this letter was achieved as early as during the talks on signing the National Unity Pact.
