S.Holovatyi recalled that in October 2005 a resolution was adopted on the results of a report about fulfilling the obligations, undertaken by Ukraine before its joining the Council of Europe. He stressed that, considering the PACE practice, the issue of removing the monitoring from this or that country is considered once every two years.
