The incomes of Ukrainian communication companies soared by 19.79% during January-July of 2006, compared with the same period of the last year, and made up 17 billion 72 million hryvnias. UNIAN was told about this at the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine.
At the same time, the incomes of communication companies from giving services to the population made up 7 billion 271 million hryvnias, which is by 20.7% more than during 7 months of the year 2005.
The biggest growth of incomes was recorded in the mobile communication, which grew by 36%, compared with the same period of the last year, and made up 10 billion 211.9 million hryvnias (out of which 4 billion 029.6 million hryvnias were received from giving services to the population).
The second place by the volume of incomes is occupied by the long-distance telephone network, which received 3 billion 541.1 million hryvnias. The incomes in this sphere reduced by 4.48%, compared with the same period of the last year.
